Online interviews provide a more efficient and cost-effective means of narrowing down the candidate list before proceeding to the next stages of the recruitment process.

  4. Pre-employment Assessment: Our team conducts comprehensive pre-employment assessments to ensure that the candidates possess the necessary skills and qualifications for the specific roles. This includes technical skill evaluations, language proficiency tests, reference checks & police checks. In case the hired employee doesn't meet the expected standards, the agency provides a 6 month total refund policy.
